It was worth its 2 stars. Great staff, sensational breakfast and good value. The room had a balcony which was nice. There's Cris's Place within 10 minutes walk or so, liked their menu.

our favourite hotel in funchal, staff was helpful. the bed was comfy, we had a good rest. the airport is 25 km away.
